The Untamed, Underrated Cradle of Wine

Georgia

Georgia feels like a country the rest of the world forgot to fully discover yet. Mountains fold into vineyards that have been making wine for eight thousand years, and hospitality here still runs on instinct rather than tourism training. It is the only country I have visited where I was genuinely humbled not by its scale, but by how much warmth a total stranger offered me over a single shared bottle of wine.
